📦 Creating redeliveries - easier than ever

Creating redeliveries has been a bit of a hassle. In some cases it required 20+ clicks to find the order, create a redelivery, and add it on a route. We’re excited to announce that we’ve redesigned the flow and reduced the number of steps drastically.

It’s possible to, directly from the Order Details page, can create a redelivery for any unsuccessful order (cancelled, unable to deliver, too late to deliver etc).

A button labeled "Create Redelivery" will appear next to the customer's name and you can create a redelivery order as usual.

All you need to do is select the new delivery date and time window that you want to apply.

🏷️ Improved label generation

We've made some big adjustments to label generation from 'Search'. It'll now be based on the actual search result an not only what you've filtered on. This allow users to take both a narrow and broad approach, depending on the situation.

Users can now also bulk select the specific orders they wish to generate labels for.

♻️ Other fixes and improvements

  • New markers on maps to show orders.

  • Added a new error message for attempts to import orders after the cut-off time has passed.

  • Adjustments to check the temperature only on upcoming stops, not completed ones.

  • Fixed an issue with update coordinates being hidden behind the close button on mobile.

  • Fixed an issue where the route duration was not visible in assign driver modal.

  • Fixed an issue with being unable to call a customer from the Route Details page.
