💬 Message drivers from Last Mile
It's now possible to communicate with the drivers directly from Gordon Last Mile. Whether it's a quick heads up or detailed instructions, you can send the information to a specific driver without having to use another tool (or you personal phone).
Navigate to a route, open the action menu and select 'SMS driver'. Compose a message from scratch or use an existing template. Driver-specific templates can be created, and edited, under 'Account' and 'Settings'.
Note: You'll be charged for the text message according on the agreement.
📝 SMS enhancements and variables
Start by typing # in the text message editor to open the dropdown and view available variables. This will remove the need to manually copy customer-specific, and sometimes sensitive, information.
The variables are available both when creating templates and when composing new text messages.
✨ New updates
UI Improvements: It's now possible to minimise the stop list in Route details by clicking on the minimise/expand button above the map zoom-buttons.
Temperature Readings: We are differentiating between live and backfilled temperature readings by showing the data points as triangles in the temperature graphs in Activity.
♻️ Other Fixes and Improvements
Enhanced search functionality in the stop list in Route details to include address, delivery group, and external_ref (order ID).
Adjusted the Status filter in Activity to sort statuses chronologically.
Updated Route details to display a notification dot if a route has a comment.
Added functionality to tag a route from Route details.
Reintroduced the option to snooze a deviation indefinitely.
