📍 Introducing grouped stops

This update brings one of our most requested features: Grouped stops. Drivers can now choose the delivery order for stops that are close together, making the routes more efficient and giving you more control over your workflow.

The new addition provide drivers with greater flexibility to select the delivery order for stops within close proximity. It's especially useful in office buildings, high-density locations, or when delivering multiple orders to the same recipient.

Note: Grouped stops is activated per account with a default radius of 60 meters. You can adjust the accepted radius. Orders within the radius will automatically be connected as Grouped stops.

✨ New updates

  • You can now create SMS templates for messages sent to drivers, enhancing communication efficiency.

  • When in Activity, you can now view both the map and stop list simultaneously on mobile when looking at a route.

  • Every user that has access to the Warehouse App now needs a login. This improves both security and traceability to the app in general and the item scans in particular.

♻️ Other Fixes and Improvements

  • We’ve added highlights in the Route details stop list when two or more stops are grouped together and presented as a grouped stop in Gordon Driver.

  • Added events in Last Mile to see which users scanned items using the Warehouse App.

  • Updated all colors to enhance accessibility and readability.

  • Revised battery level calculation for temperature pucks. It now shows "OK" for good battery and "LOW" if the battery will run out within 48 hours; replace immediately if it indicates "LOW".

  • Route Details now log which user unassigned a driver from a route.

  • Added the ability to delete an Order Switch in Gordon Last Mile.
