We're excited to announce the latest enhancements to Gordon Last Mile and Gordon Tracking, designed to improve usability and efficiency across our platform. Here’s what’s new in this update:

📍 Grouped map markers

To improve map readability, nearby markers are now grouped together. This reduces clutter and simplifies identifying areas with many stops, enhancing your planning capabilities.

🔎 New Filter in Batch Details

A new filter in Batch Details provides granulated insights into the types of orders within each batch, such as time window, delivery group, delivery area, etc.

🎨 European Accessibility Act

We've conducted extensive accessibility testing to ensure compliance with the 2025 European Accessibility Act (EAA). Significant updates have been made to Gordon Tracking to enhance accessibility for all users

✨ New updates

  • Added a warning message to alert users when adding a stop that is estimated to be delivered outside its time window, helping prevent scheduling issues.

  • Standardized delivery area naming with labels from A to G to streamline categorization.

♻️ Other Fixes and Improvements

  • Officially closed the old Planning module; all users have been moved to new Planning.

  • Implemented a warning for sending SMS to orders without a phone number.

  • Added a select/deselect all option in the Delivery Groups filter for Route Details.

  • Fixed the disappearing Status filter in the Search module for Partial Matches.

  • Enhanced the tracking page to support the inclusion of letters in floor information for users in Denmark.

We Appreciate Your Feedback. Your feedback is vital to us as we strive to improve. Please let us know your thoughts on these updates and any other suggestions you might have.
