The Order Dashboard gives you a high-level overview of how your orders are performing and how they are tracking over time. It’s designed to help operations, logistics, and performance-focused teams quickly understand delivery execution, accuracy, and customer feedback in one place.

The dashboard combines flexible filtering with both visual and detailed views, allowing you to move seamlessly from trends to individual orders.

What the Dashboard shows

At its core, the Order Dashboard helps you answer questions like:

  • Are orders being delivered on time?

  • How accurate are our delivery windows and ETAs?

  • How are customers rating their deliveries?

  • Where are issues occurring, and at what scale?

To support this, the dashboard consists of two different views: - a chart view and a table view - and with options to filter the data and further drill down.

Data is updated in real time, but requires that you refresh the browser.

Filtering your data

The filter allows you to drill down into the data and focus on the orders that matter to you. You can:

  • Select a date range, based on the delivery date you want to analyze

    • The default view is set to one week

  • Filter by delivery groups

  • Filter by depots

All data updates automatically based on the selected filters.

Chart view: performance at a glance

The chart view provides a visual overview of order performance and trends. It is intended for quick analysis and pattern recognition rather than individual order inspection.

In this view, you can see:

  • Order progress

  • Time window accuracy

  • ETA accuracy

  • Average customer rating

  • Order status breakdown, showing how orders are distributed across different states

  • Ratings breakdown, showing how customer feedback is trending

This view is especially useful for monitoring overall delivery quality and identifying performance changes over time.

Table view: order-level detail

The table view shows detailed information for every order that matches your selected filters. It’s designed for investigation and follow-up.

For each order, you can see:

  • Customer name

  • Order status

  • Order ID

  • Number of items

  • Delivery date

  • Time window

  • Planned delivery time

  • Actual delivery time

  • Customer rating

You can click any order in the table to open its order details page for deeper inspection.

Additional table controls

Within the table view, you can further:

  • Filter by order status

  • Filter by rating

  • Search for specific orders

This makes it easy to isolate late deliveries, low-rated orders, or specific customers.

When to use the Order Dashboard

Use the Order Dashboard when you want to:

  • Monitor delivery performance over time

  • Understand how accurately deliveries are executed

  • Track customer satisfaction at scale

  • Investigate specific orders or problem patterns

It’s best used as a starting point for analysis, giving you both the overview and the ability to drill down when something needs attention.
