Overview

The Search module allows you to quickly find and filter orders in Gordon Cloud.

You can search using different criteria such as date, customer details, or order information. This makes it easy to locate specific orders or work with groups of orders.

To perform a search, you must provide at least one of the following:

  • A date range

  • A search term

  • A phone number

How to search for orders

  1. Navigate to Search

  2. Enter at least one required search criterion

  3. Add additional filters or advanced criteria (Optional)

  4. Click Search

Matching orders will be displayed in the results list.

Search criteria

General

Use general search to quickly find orders:

  • Date range picker – Filter orders within a specific time period

  • Search field – Enter Customer name, Address, or Order number

Advanced

Use advanced fields to narrow down results further:

  • Phone number

  • Item name

  • Route name

Filters

Apply filters to refine your search results:

  • Depot

  • Delivery group

  • Order status

  • Item status

  • Service type

Filters help you work with specific sets of orders more efficiently.

Important notes

  • You must provide at least one required search input (date range, search term, or phone number)

  • Only orders from the last 6 months are available in search (due to privacy reasons)

  • Combining multiple filters and criteria will return more precise results
