How to import orders using .csv files

Before your orders can be planned on a route. Oh yeah, the orders of course!

There are multiple ways of creating an order in the platform. In this article we'll take a closer look at how to import your orders using a .csv file. You can also upload orders using our API or any of our plug-and-play apps or integrations.

Note: Have a look at our order import specification where you break down the different fields and value that you can have on an order. You can also download ready-to-use templates.

How to upload orders using .csv file

  1. 'Navigate to 'Account' in the main menu and select 'Order Import'.

  2. Click to upload file or drag the file and drop it on the highlighted area to upload it.

  3. A preview of the first order from the file . Make sure the data looks corre and is correctly mapped.

  4. You can use the arrow buttons to preview additional orders as well.

  5. All good? Click 'Confirm' to begin importing orders.

  6. If the import was successful, you should see the message "The import file has been successfully processed". If anything was incorrect or invalid, an error message with further information will appear.
