Gordon Delivery is an app developed by SafeDigit that will integrate a merchant Shopify store with an account in Gordon and help manage shipments. Your customers can easily select the delivery day and time in the checkout. Orders can be synchronised automatically to minimise manual handling.
Requirements ⚠️
This app can be installed and used on all Shopify plans. The app is certified “Partner Friendly App”, so it is entirely free to install and test on development stores.
You need Carrier Service API enabled if you want to display Gordon shipping options in the checkout. The feature is available in 'Advanced Shopify' and 'Shopify Plus'.

Gordon Information
In order to install the plugin properly, you need to have an account in Gordon's Last Mile Platform with access to the following:
Client ID
Client Secret
Configured order switch with postal codes
Installation 🛠️
Before installing the app, make sure that you're store is compatible with the app (and that you have Carrier Service API enabled).
Install the app from Shopify App Store. Follow the instructions and accept the terms and conditions.
After it's been installed, you can find the app under 'Apps' and 'Gordon Delivery' in the left-side menu, or by typing 'Gordon Delivery' in the search menu.
The app is now installed and ready for configuration.
Settings ⚙️
Login settings
Client ID - Enter the Client ID that can be found in your Gordon Last Mile account.
Client Secret - Enter the Client Secret that can be found in your Gordon Last Mile account.
General Settings
Delivery Group - Add the name of your Delivery Group in Gordon.
Display Options In Checkout - Activate the toggle if you want Gordon to appear in the checkout.
Shipping Rates - There are no required changes, but you can update and add your shipping price.
Delivery Settings
Auto-dispatch - Activate the toggle if you want all orders to be dispatched automatically to Gordon Last Mile. You can also book shipment manually.
Auto-fulfillment - Activate the toggle if you want orders to be automatically fulfilled in Shopify after they've been booked to Gordon Last Mile.
Add SKU - Activate the toggle if you want to add the product SKU to the items in Gordon Last Mile. This will be visible in the platform and on the labels.
Inventory Type - Do you have temperature-sensitive goods? Select whether they require 'Chilled', 'Frozen', or 'Ambient' delivery in the dropdown menu.
Parcel Settings - Decide how parcels are generated. This is also reflected in the number of labels you'll retrieve. If you want one label for the entire order, choose 'One parcel for all articles'.
Package Content Text - Set a text that is displayed on the label. Usually a general description of the goods of your company/brand name.
Subscription Settings
Delivery Window Selection - Decide how you want the app to book a recurring order on a subscription. 'Nearest' will select the next possible time window. 'Same weekday' will select the next possible time window on the same weekday as the original order.
Shipping zones 📦
Before you're done with the integration, you also need to add Gordon as a carrier to a shipping zone. You can create a new one or use an existing zone.
Click on 'Settings' at the bottom of the left-side menu followed by 'Shipping and delivery'.
Scroll down to the shipping area and select what type (General/Custom) you'd like to manage.
Navigate to the shipping zone you'd like to edit and click 'Add rate' followed by 'Use carrier or app to calculate rates'. Select 'Delivery by Gordon' from the dropdown menu and click 'Done'.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit 'Save'.
