We're excited to release a new feature called 'Driver Profiles'.
This is the first stepping stone in learning more about your drivers and their performance. Keep track of driver's license information and dive into feedback from end customers to truly understand your drivers' performance.
How do you get there?
Navigate to 'Account' and 'Drivers'. Here, you'll notice that all drivers have a hyperlink to their name. Click on the driver's name and you'll find:
Driver Details 🔎
General information name, phone number and email.
Possibility to assign a Home Depot and Additional Depots.
Start date to show when the driver started as a driver.
License information 🏷️
Add the issue and expiry date of the driver's license, as well as what type of license the driver has.
Driver ratings ⭐
Overview of all the ratings and feedback the driver has received. Select a time span to see the driver's ratings over a longer period of time.
Possibility to exclude individual ratings that are non-related to the driver's performance (e.g. the apples were rotten)
Driver Routes 🚚
Overview of all the routes the driver has driven over a selected time period.
See in total how many routes the driver has driven, total time, total distance and total stops.
