Do you need to update the delivery date on a particular order? Maybe a customer called and said they wished for another day/time.
As long as the order isn't planned yet, you can do this directly from WooCommerce - and here's how!
Step-by-step guide
1. Start by clicking on 'WooCommerce' followed by 'Orders' in the left-side menu.
2. Scroll down to the order you'd like to give a new delivery date. Click on the name of the order to see the order details.
3. Locate the section named 'Gordon information'. Double-check to see that the delivery window already has a value. Click on the pencil icon to edit.
4. Select a new date and time window from the dropdown menu. Click 'Update' in the right-side menu and the .
5. Go back to the order overview and scroll down to the order again. Press 'Resync' in the 'Gordon Delivery' column to update the order with its new delivery date.
This will generate new available time windows based on the current time. If you've passed the cutoff for a specific day, it won't show in the dropdown. If you need to make changes to an order with a delivery day in the near future, we advise you to do this directly in our platform and not in WooCommerce.
