New users are encouraged to create a user profile in the platform. This is done as part of the onboarding. To begin this process, you'll receive an email in your inbox with a link to create your account.
Click on the button 'Set up account' and fill out the necessary information.
Full name
Telephone
Password
Confirm password
Press 'Sign Up' and your user has been created with the login credentials you provided. You're can log in to the platform.
Note: The link in the email to set up an account is only valid for 48 hours. If you've waited longer than that, you need to reset your password in order to create the user.
