Having delivery groups correctly set up is crucial for you to get started with Gordon. Our Customer Success team helps you create your first delivery group as part of your platform onboarding.

In some cases, you might need to add new delivery groups. It's not something you do every day, but important to know how it's done nonetheless. Here's a quick guide on how you can create a new delivery group in the platform.

How to create a delivery group

  1. Navigate to 'Account' in the main menu and select 'Delivery Group'

  2. Press the 'Create Delivery Group' button, which will open a modal to invite the user.

  3. Give your new delivery group a name. Don't worry, you can always change it later.

  4. Click on 'Submit Delivery Group' to save.

Note: Once you've created a delivery group you also need to connect it to a depot before uploading orders. If the depot belongs to Gordon, please contact our Success Tower.
