Let's dive into how you can configure the company account settings in our platform. We'll also describe what each setting does.
How to find account settings
This is a quick and easy one!
Navigate to 'Account' in the main menu and select 'Settings'.
The initial section is named 'Account Settings'.
You found the account settings and can configure them.
Note: Most of these settings will be configured by our Customer Success team during your platform onboarding. You can always update and change these settings if you'd like.
Settings to configure
To update your settings, simply update the value in the fields. Press the 'Save settings' button when you are done in order to save your changes. We've listed a description of the general account settings below.
SMS sender | Not applicable for customers using our delivery service. Gordon's SMS sender name will overwrite your input. |
Default language | Set the default language on the tracking page. End customers can change the language if they wish. This will only affect their order(s). |
Default delivery option | Preselected delivery option for the end customers. The recipient can change the preference on the tracking page. |
Time estimation margin | Time added before and after the estimated delivery time of an order. It is used to provide an estimate time frame on the tracking page for the end customer. |
Timezone | Specify the time zone where the orders will be delivered. |
Label size | Select what label size and format you wish to use. Values are shown in pixels and the actual size can be both increased and decreased. |
Country code | Default country code for all orders. If an order is missing country code, the selected country code will be automatically added to their phone number. |
Driver support telephone | Not applicable if you're using our delivery service. Gordon's driver support number will be visible in the driver app. |
Customer support URL | Not applicable if you're using our delivery service. Gordon's customer support will be visible on the tracking page. |
