Gordon's delivery schedule is based on a postal code list that you can find in our platform. Availability and frequency is optimised and updated on a regular basis in order to ensure a competitive delivery price.
Information in the postal code list
Postal code | Postal code |
City | City |
Depot | Gordon depot that the postal code belongs to. |
Zone | Zone that the order belongs to. Used for calculating delivery price. |
Delivery Area | Internal name for a specific area. |
Weekdays | List of days where delivery is possible for the specific postal code. |

Note: Actions to add, edit and delete postal codes are visible in the postal code list. However, these actions can only be performed by Gordon users.
How to find the postal code list
The postal code list can be found in the Order Switch. If you have multiple delivery groups, they might be connected to different order switches. Here's how you can find and view the postal code list.
Navigate to 'Account' in the main menu and select 'Delivery Group'.
Click on the delivery group
Click on the name of the order switch.
Select 'Postal code' in the tab

We have two filters that you can use in order to find information about postal codes and narrow down the results displayed in the table.
Search - Enter the postal code you're looking for
Depot - Dropdown select to choose what depot(s) you want to display
