Here you'll get an introduction to Activity. We aim to introduce the different components and what actions users are able to perform. For more detailed information about specific actions, we refer to other articles.

Note: Some functionality and access to information may vary, depending on the user access and rights for a specific user.

⚑️ Sidebar

Seeing all routes at the same time can be quite overwhelming. The sidebar panel is a great option for users narrow down your results in the route list. Here, users can navigate between dates, but also search for results.

πŸ” Filters

Stay organised with filters, allowing you to streamline your view and focus on data and routes that matters most to you. You can filter on the following:

  • Depot

  • Delivery Group

  • Route Status

  • Route Requirements

⚠︎ Deviations

Identify deviations on your routes and take swift actions. Our new deviation filters highlight and notifies when a route is at-risk. It's possible to get notifications of the following deviations

  • Temperature

  • Stationary

  • Partially loaded

  • Offline drivers

  • Late loading

  • Outside ETA

  • Outside time window

Take immediate action or snooze the deviation for 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. You can also show deviations that are currently snoozed.

Users can easily switch between upcoming, active, and completed routes. This provides a slimmed down view and less clutter, giving users quick access to the information they need at the time they need it.

a table listing all routes and necessary information. You can easily open the route details page to get detailed information about the route and its stops.

Static columns

The following columns and their information are visible in all tabs

  • Route Name

  • Driver

  • Time Stamps

    • Load

    • Start

    • End

    • Return

The time stamps shows the planned time and is later updated with the actual time. Driver has a button to assign driver (if unassigned) or the driver's name.

Dynamic columns

The following columns and their information are visible in one or several tabs.

  • Route Distance

  • Item Weight

  • Gate No.

  • Adjusted Time

  • Temperature (3 zones)

  • Route Progress

  • Rating

  • Sort route list

  • Download loading list

  • Download route list

  • Actions menu (per route)

    • Add comment

    • Update route

    • Assign driver

    • Call driver

    • Handle deviations
