To invite a new user, go to your account page by clicking on 'Account' in the left-hand menu. You'll be directed to the 'Users' page straight away.
Click on the 'Create User' button in the upper right corner which will open the invite user modal.
Start off with inserting the email address of the user you want to invite in the email input field.
Next, set the general user permissions for the user:
- Assign account access, which is either ‘Read’, ‘Write’ or ‘Admin’.
- Add the Last Mile Modules the user needs access to. Select either one or multiple.When done, click on 'Next'
Delivery Groups access
The next step is to give the user access rights to your Delivery Groups.
By assigning Full Access, the user will be automatically added to all current and future Delivery Groups being created on your Last Mile account.
Or you can give the user access to only one or multiple Delivery Groups. You can give the user different permission levels for each Delivery Group.
When done, click on 'Next'
Depot access
Finally, it’s time to give the user access rights to your Depots, it follows the same procedure as when you're giving access to Delivery Groups.
By assigning Full Access, the user will be automatically added to all and future Depots being created on your Last Mile account.
Or give the user access to only one or multiple Depots. You can give the user different permission levels for each Depots.
When you're done, click 'Send invite'. An invite email will be sent to the email provided in the first step.
