Personalize the Tracking Page with your company colors and logo to further customize the already pleasant experience for your end-customer.

Finding the Tracking Page settings

  1. Click on 'Account' in the left-hand menu

  2. Click on 'Settings' in the top menu to access the settings for the Tracking Page

Account Settings

The first section is to specify the general account settings.

Here you can edit,

  • SMS sender: Name of the SMS sender.

  • Time estimation margin: The time Lastmile adds before and after the planned delivery time for an order. It's used for the #estimated_time variable which is sent over SMS and is used on the tracking page. Ie, if an end customer has a planned delivery at 17:15 and Time Estimation Margin is 45 min, the #estimated_time will be "16:30 - 18:30".

  • Label size: Size of the box-label available for printing.

  • Language: Primary language of the tracking page. Users can change language from the tracking page as well.

  • Time zone: The time zone you're delivering in.

Customizing your Tracking Page

If your delivery is being conducted by Gordon, we will use our default Gordon tracking page design, otherwise, your custom tracking page design will be used.

Add tracking page ID

  1. Firstly, add a tracking page ID to get a preview of the tracking page.

  2. Paste the tracking page ID, e.g. Ag56hl9eS, in the input field and click on Enter.

Styling the Tracking Page

  1. Start off by uploading your company logo and, if wanted, a feature logo.

  2. Continue by specifying the colors you want to use. Either by entering the color hex-code or by using the color palette.

  3. Continue customizing the primary and secondary colors.

  4. Above the tracking page preview, you're able to switch between the different pages available on the tracking page, as well as change the language.

  5. When you're done - scroll down to the bottom and click on Save Changes to save.
