This article walks you through the fields available for the zip code import file that is used when setting up an Order Switch.

Start off with downloading our Zip Code Import Example File (right click, and save as): https://developer.gordondelivery.com/zipcode.csv

Required fields

The file is required to contain the following information:

Required field	Example	Description
zipcode	`62152`	The zip code
city	`Visby`	Name of the city the zip code belongs to
zone	`5`	The delivery zone
depot	`My Depot`	Name of depot

Other fields

The following fields are available to include in your order import:

deliveryArea	`A`	Name of delivery area, used in the route optimization.
weekdays	`1,2,3`	The weekdays in a numeric format (1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday etc). Describes which weekday the zip code is available for delivery.
