How to update route status
There are two different ways you can update the status of a specific route:
From the activity view
From the route details view
1. Update route status from 'Activity'
Navigate to 'Activity' in the left-side menu.
Locate and press on the route you wish to update. Click on the name of the route.
Press the pencil icon next to the driver's name in the top menu.
Choose a status from the dropdown menu.
Press 'Update route' and the route has been updated with a new status.
2. From route status from 'Route details'
Navigate to 'Activity' in the left-side menu.
Locate and press on the route you wish to update.
Press the pencil icon next to the driver's name.
Choose a status from the dropdown menu.
Press 'Update route' and the route has been updated with a new status.
How to update the time
Sometimes the platform fails to add a timestamp correctly on a route status. However, you can easily go in and update the timestamp manually in order to have accurate data.
Follow the steps above to open the popup modal.
Locate the status you'd like to update and enter the time in the text field in the 'Actual' row.
Press 'Update route' and the route has been updated with a new actual time.
Make comments on the order
Comments are a great way to document information about a route that can be useful for your colleagues and/or for future reference. There are two ways to add comments on routes:
From the activity view
From the route details view
1. Comment on route from the activity view
Navigate to 'Activity' in the left-side menu.
Click on the chat bubble icon.
A modal will open with an input field where you can type your comment.
Click on 'Comment' to save.
2. Comment on route from the route details view
Navigate to 'Activity' in the left-side menu.
Locate and press on the route you wish to add a comment to.
Click on the chat bubble icon in the route header.
A modal will open with an input field where you can type your comment.
Click on 'Comment' to save.
