When a route has been created and pushed to Activity, you'll need to assign the route to a driver. Once the route has been assigned, the route will appear in the driver's DriverApp.

Criteria

  • The route must be approved in Planning

  • The Driver profile must have been created or shared in order to assign a route to the driver

How to assign a driver

  1. Go to Activity by clicking on 'Activity' in the left-hand menu

  2. Search for the route you want to assign to a driver

  3. Under the column 'Driver', click on 'Assign driver' button and a modal will open

  4. Scroll through the driver list or use the search field and search for the driver's name or phone number. Once you've found the driver you want to assign to the route in the list, click on 'Assign'.

  5. Done!
