By following these steps you will be able to add vehicles and save them as presets to make your everyday planning easier

Add vehicle(s)

Start from the top and fill out the attributes that the route engine should consider and note that there are required and optional fields.

  1. Enter how many vehicles that are available

  2. Add a capacity limit

  3. Choose for how long the vehicle will be available by entering a timespan

  4. Press 'Create preset' > Give it a name > 'Add preset' if this configuration should be available in the future through the drop down menu at the top, 'Select Preset'.

  5. Press Confirm

Required attributes

  • Number of vehicles

  • Capacity (weight or count)

  • Start time and end time for the vehicle

By entering these fields alone you will be able to proceed.

Optional attributes

  • Optional End Address

    Use this if you want the route to end at another location than the depot.

  • Click & Collect, Freezer tag

    By using these tags to the vehicle it will automatically split to only route with each tag. Note: this orders will have to be sent in to Gordon with tags attached.

  • Breaks

    Add a break to a route by saying between time - time add a break with length X.

    Route engine will fit a break between stops using these parameters,

About presets

Presets are saved with everyone that has a user on your account and access to planning. Note: Removing presets will therefor affect all users on that account as well.
