In this guide, you will learn how to update the access of a user.

Start by finding the user you want to edit. Go to the account page by clicking on ‘Account’ where you’ll be automatically routed to the ‘User section’.

Find the user whose permissions you want to change by either scrolling through the list of users or using the search bar.

Edit user access

  • Click on the kebab menu (three dots) of the user you want to edit. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Edit’.

  • Now you can change the user’s access by navigating between the pages. You can modify the following on each page:

    • Step 1

      • Account access (Select ‘Read’, ‘Write’ or ‘Admin’)

      • Modules (Add or remove ‘Activity, ‘Planning’ and ‘Warehouse’)

    • Step 2

      • Delivery Groups (Select ‘Read’, ‘Write’ or ‘Admin’)

    • Step 3

      • Depots (Select ‘Read’, ‘Write’ or ‘Admin’)

Save changes

After you have made the adjustments, navigate to the third page and click on the ‘Save User’ button to save your changes.
