Once a batch has been routed, it automatically gets the status "Unhandled" (learn more about batch status here).
Before pushing a batch to Activity, you can dive into the details of each route and confirm that everything looks good. So what does it all mean? Let's have a closer look.
Route number - The unique route number of the batch
Color - Each route has a unique color to stand out on the map
Link - Hyperlink within Last Mile to show each route including details
Stops - Total number or stops
Start - Time when the route will start
End - Time when the route is due to end
Duration - Total duration of the route
Select - Quick selection to track see routes on the map
Select a specific, or multiple, route(s). You can easily get an overview of what the routes look like, including their stops.
