'Files' is a feature that was launched in 2022.

As the name entails, you'll be able to manage your most important files in one place. The aim is to help automate and simplify delivery operations.

Get access to labels once the routing is done and follow up on your deliveries by downloading daily outcome reports. In this article we'll introduce the feature and show the different parts.

Table overview

When you navigate over to Files, you're presented with a table. So what does everything mean in? We'll have a quick walkthrough of the different columns, what they imply, and what actions you can take.

Column name

Depot

Delivery Group

Orders Routed

Download and print labels

All orders are displayed on a daily basis and categorized based on Depot and Delivery Group. You can switch between dates by using the date picker. Once you've found the right day, you can easily select one, multiple, or all depots for one day and send the labels to your inbox. And it's ready to print!

How to download outcome reports

You can choose if you'd like to get access to the report for one, multiple, or all depots for one specific day. These are sent to your inbox. You can also subscribe to reports under 'Account' and 'Settings'. You'll automatically receive outcome reports every morning from Depots and Delivery Groups tied to your account.
