How to remove a driver from Last Mile

Sometimes a driver quit or there is a need to delete a driver's profile. Let's have a look at how you remove a driver from the platform.

Some clarification before we get started: There's currently no possibility to delete a driver from the platform. However, you can remove their access and hide them from the driver list by updating 'Driver status' from 'Active' to 'Inactive'.

Remove a driver

  1. Navigate to 'Account' in the left-side menu and click on the 'Drivers' tab.

  2. Scroll your way to the driver you wish to remove.

  3. Click on the icon with three dots and click 'Edit'.

  4. Change the 'Driver status' by clicking on the radio button next to 'Inactive'.

  5. Click 'Save' and the driver has now been made inactive in the platform.

He/she can no longer log into the Driver App or in any other way get information about previous routes or delivery.
