How to add Account and Depot support number

Add a support number so that drivers can contact you from the Driver App

The support number is the main point of contact for your drivers. It allows them to easily contact you through Gordon Driver. It's possible to specify a number on an account and/or depot level.

When setting a support number on the account level, this will be added as 'Contact support' in the menu of Gordon Driver. It will also be added as the support number on the route unless you specify a phone number on each depot. Updating your support number on the depot label enables you to have different numbers depending on route origin.

You can have different phone numbers depending on route origin. If no number is specified on the Depot, it will use the phone number saved under Account Settings.

Add a support number to a depot

  1. Navigate to 'Account' in the left-side menu followed by the 'Depots' tab.

  2. Scroll down to the depot you'd like to update. Click on the icon with three dots and select 'Edit'.

  3. Select your country code from the dropdown and add the support number in the text field next to it. Click 'Save'.

Add a support number to the account

  1. Navigate to account 'Account' in the left-side menu followed by the 'Settings' tab.

  2. Select your country code from the dropdown.

  3. Add the support number in the text field. 'Save Settings'.

  4. The phone number has now been saved for the entire account.
