Manually import your orders

This article describes how to import your orders via CSV files

Before you can create routes, assign drivers, and start delivering your orders, we first need to import the orders to Lastmile. We recommend using our API for a seamless experience, but you can also upload CSV files containing your orders.

After you've created a CSV file following our specification,

  1. Click on 'Account' in the left-hand menu

  2. Click on 'Order import' in the top menu to access the order import page

  3. Either click 'Select file' or drag-n-drop your CSV file to the highlighted box
    ​

  4. A preview of the first order in the file will now appear to the right, make sure the data looks correct

    ​

  5. Click 'Confirm import file' to start the import if the information looks correct.

  6. If the import was successful, you should see the message "The import file has been successfully processed". If anything was incorrect or invalid, an error message will appear.
