This feature has multiple use cases such as complementing an order due to end-customer adding another article or maybe if not all items were added on original import.
Note: You will need at least 'Write' access on your account to perform this action.
How to do it
Locate the order you want to update
Click on the Actions button (
⋮
) and select 'Add item'Enter the information you want. We recommend
Service Type (Delivery / Pickup)
Item Name
Weight in kg (optional)
Item Type (Chilled / Frozen / Ambient)
Click 'Confirm', and you've successfully created a new item
Item fields and their meanings
Name | Description |
Service Type | Choose whether it's a delivery or pickup order. |
Item name | Name of item. Will be displayed on the label if printed. |
Weight | Item weight in kg |
Length / Width / Height | Item dimensions (length, width, and height) in cm |
Scan code | Unique code that will add traceability to the item and the order. It's also used to generate the QR code on the labels. |
Item status | Status on the item to track whether it's been scanned, loaded, or delivered. |
Item type | Type of item and if it's ambient, chilled, or frozen. |
Article name | Free text field that can be used as an inventory list for the specific item. |
Article quantity | Number field to specify the number of items with the same data. |
