Last Mile allows you to send text messages to end customers. You can send text messages using these two ways:

  • Automated messages that trigger based on the order’s status

  • Manually triggered messages to individual/multiple orders or entire routes

How to set up automated messages is covered here. In this article, we’ll focus on manually triggered text messages and how to get started.

Note: There needs to be a phone number connected to the order if you wish to send text messages.

You can either start from scratch and compose the message on the go or create a reusable template.
