In some situations, an order cannot be delivered as planned for various reasons, and these orders need to be rescheduled for delivery. This guide explains how to easily create redelivery orders, either individually or in bulk.

Identify orders in need of redelivery

There are two main ways for you to find the orders that are available for redelivery. Begin with navigating to the 'Search' module.

  1. Select 'Deviations' in 'Search Mode'. This will show all deviating orders based on the selected filters and dates:

    • Unable to deliver

    • Too late to deliver

    • Partially delivered

    • Wrong depot

    • Missing from producer

    • Cancelled

  2. Instead of 'Deviations' you can use the standard search and simply select the order statuses you wish to see. Normal statuses for this include 'Unable to deliver' and 'Too late to deliver'.

How to create a redelivery

  1. Follow the steps above and identify what orders you'd like to create a redelivery for.

  2. Mark the checkbox next to the orders. You can mark one or multiple orders.

  3. Scroll up to β€˜Actions’ and select β€˜Create redelivery’.

  4. Choose the new date and time window.

  5. Hit β€˜Confirm’ to create redeliveries.

Note: All orders that were created as a redelivery at the same time will receive the same time window. If you have orders with multiple time windows, you need to create redelivery separately or update the time window afterwards.

What happens next?

The next step is to add your redeliveries to a route. This can be done in two different ways:

  • The redeliveries are available in our 'Planning' module for the selected date. You can plan them together on a redelivery route.

  • If you only have one or a few redeliveries, you can use our feature β€˜Add to route’ and add the redelivery to an existing route.
