If you frequently use the same settings for your vehicles, it might be a good idea to add a preset to your account. A vehicle preset is a collection of pre-defined vehicles you can easily include when adding vehicles to a batch.

In this article, you will learn everything you need to know about managing presets, including how to create, modify, and delete them.

Navigate to the planning module by clicking on Planning in the left-side menu. Select orders to route and press New batch from [X] orders.

A new panel appears where you can add vehicles to the batch. Click on the Add vehicle button and select From new settings. Here you can specify your vehicles and move on. A modal will appear where you can specify vehicle information.

Follow the instructions and add the vehicles you’d like to be part of the preset. You can add one of multiple sets of vehicles.

Once you’re satisfied with the vehicles, click on the Create preset button located below the list of vehicle sets.

Give the preset a unique and descriptive name to make it easy to identify and click Save as preset. Congrats, you have now created a preset!

You can easily view and edit your existing presets. Navigate to the list of presets by creating a new batch, scroll down to the Vehicles section and click Add. Choose From preset and select the preset you’d like to edit.

There are a few different actions that you can perform when editing a preset.

Select what vehicles you want to edit. Press on the three dots icon and choose Edit vehicles. Update the settings and press Save changes.

Select what vehicles you want to remove. Press on the three dots icon and choose Delete vehicles. Confirm by pressing Delete vehicles again. Don’t forget to save.

Click on Add and select From new settings. Enter the settings and press Add vehicle and they will be added to your existing preset.

Click on the dropdown named Preset settings and select Edit name. Update the preset name and press Save.

Once you’re done, click on Save changes and your preset has been updated.

You can easily view and edit your existing presets. Navigate to the list of presets by creating a new batch, scroll down to the Vehicles section and click Add. Choose From preset and select the preset you’d like to delete.

Click on the dropdown named Preset settings and select Delete preset. Confirm deletion by pressing Delete.
