You can easily search orders in Gordon Last Mile Platform by using different search criterias and filters. Here's a quick breakdown of how you can find orders in the "Search" module.
How to search orders
Navigate to the Search module
Enter the information you have about the order (see search criterias)
Narrow down the results by adding specific filters. This is optional.
Voilà! Last Mile has pulled the orders that match your criterias and filters.
Search criterias
There are several ways to find the orders you are looking for:
Date range picker
Search field - (external_ref, customer name, address)
Phone
Item name
Route name
Filters
You can narrow down the search by applying filters to your query. Select one or several of the following filters:
Delivery Group
Depot
Order Status
Item Status
Sort order
The search result can be sorted, both in ascending and descending order, by the following fields:
Name
External Ref
Delivery Date
Estimated Time
Delivered Time
Time Window Start
Time Window End
Status
Route Name
Progression
Once you've located the correct order, you can make changes directly in Last Mile by updating order and order status.
