We're excited to announce the latest enhancements to Gordon Last Mile and Gordon Driver, designed to make your logistics smoother, safer, and more efficient. Here’s what’s new:
⚠️ Wrong location warning
To prevent deliveries to incorrect addresses, drivers will now see a clear warning in Gordon Driver if they're too far from the intended delivery coordinates when completing an order.
Drivers can continue but must provide a reason, logged clearly in the order events as a "Continue reason," helping you maintain accountability and accuracy.
Note: The driver needs to have version 4.44.0 or later installed on the phone.
🔁 Improved redelivery management
When bulk-creating redeliveries in Search, orders in areas without scheduled deliveries on the selected day are now automatically skipped. These orders must be handled individually via Order Details.
Users will also receive a clear alert when scheduling a redelivery on a non-service day, ensuring active confirmation is provided to override this setting.
⛳️ Create individual orders in Last Mile
Creating single orders is now simpler and faster! Under the updated "Order Creation" tab (previously "Order Import"), you can create individual orders directly in LastMile—no CSV files needed. Just click "Create individual order," enter your details, and save!

Service Times: Now clearly displayed on orders and automatically applied when adding them to routes.
Order Details: Enhanced clarity with distinct labels for delivery and pickup items.
Webhooks: Added capability to set custom headers for webhook configurations.
