Updating delivery dates or time windows

Overview

You can update the delivery date or time window of an order when plans change or adjustments are needed.

This can be done in two ways:

  • From the Order Details page

  • From Planning

Updating these values ensures that the order is scheduled correctly before execution.

Updating from Order Details

  1. Navigate to Search.

  2. Open the order you want to update.

  3. Click the action menu (โ‹ฎ).

  4. Select Edit order.

  5. Scroll to the Delivery time section.

  6. Update the delivery date and/or time window.

  7. Click Save.

The order will be updated with the new delivery timing.

Updating from Planning

  1. Navigate to Planning.

  2. Locate the order on the map:

    • Use filters to find it, or

    • Use the lasso tool to select it

  3. Select the order.

  4. Click More.

  5. Choose:

    • Change delivery date, or

    • Change time window

  6. Enter the new values.

  7. Click Confirm.

The selected order will be updated directly in the planning view.

Important notes

  • Delivery date and time window updates must be done before route planning is approved

  • Changes may affect route optimisation and scheduling

  • Ensure updated values are aligned with operational constraints
