Change route date

Overview

Sometimes plans change. A route may need to be moved due to delays, weather conditions, operational changes, or other planning adjustments.

The Change route date feature allows planners and dispatchers to quickly move a route to a new date without recreating it.

This helps maintain accurate delivery schedules while giving operations teams the flexibility to adjust plans when needed.

How to change a route date

  1. Navigate to the route you want to update.

  2. Click the action menu (β‹―) in the top-right corner of the route view.

  3. Select Change route date.

  4. Choose the new date for the route.

  5. Click Move route.

The route will be moved to the selected date, and the delivery date of all orders on the route will update automatically.

Important notes

  • Moving a route updates the delivery date of every order on that route.

  • The route structure and assigned orders remain unchanged.

  • This action helps planners adjust delivery schedules quickly without rebuilding routes.
