Changing the delivery address

Overview

You can update the delivery address of an order if the recipient’s location changes or if incorrect information was entered.

This ensures that the order is delivered to the correct destination and that routing remains accurate.

How to change the delivery address

  1. Navigate to Search.

  2. Open the order you want to update.

  3. Click the action menu (⋮).

  4. Select Edit order.

  5. Scroll to the Customer information section.

  6. Update the relevant fields:

    • Address

    • Postal code

    • City

    • Other related details

  7. Click Save.

The order will be updated with the new delivery address.

What else can be updated

While editing the address, you can also update related preferences such as:

  • Delivery instructions

  • Delivery requirements

This ensures the driver has accurate and complete information.

Important notes

  • The delivery address must be updated before route planning is approved

  • Changes may affect route planning and optimisation

  • Ensure all address details are complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues
