Cancelling an order

Overview

Cancelling an order allows you to stop a delivery from being executed.

This is useful when:

  • A customer cancels their order

  • The delivery is no longer needed

  • An order was created by mistake

Once cancelled, the order will no longer be included in planning or delivery execution.

How to cancel an order

  1. Navigate to Search.

  2. Open the Order details page for the order you want to cancel.

  3. Click the action menu (โ‹ฎ).

  4. Select Update status.

  5. Choose Cancelled.

  6. Confirm the update.

The order status will be updated to Cancelled.

Important notes

  • Cancelled orders are excluded from delivery execution

  • If the order is already planned, it will remain on the route, but not part of the execution flow

  • Ensure the correct order is selected before updating the status
