It's time for another product update from our Dev Team.

In this article, we'll highlight what's happened in the platform over the last couple of weeks. We've got some really exciting news to share, both from a driver and end-customer perspective!

Introducing a new Driver App πŸ“±

New start, new app! We're finally live with our brand new Driver App. The app is available on Google Play and App Store.

So, what's new?

The first improvement is an obvious one: the UX and design. We’re introducing a brand new delivery flow to increase efficiency and make it easier for drivers to know what their next action should be. We've also added some long-awaited features, including:

πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Multiple languages

πŸ“Ά Improved offline support

πŸ”‹ Improved battery efficiency

🚚 Historical data and previous routes

Improved time estimations ⏰

To further improve the customer experience, the time estimation informing the end customer when their delivery will arrive should now recalculate based on the driver's location.

Previously, it could say that the driver will arrive in "< 5 minutes" for all eternity. Now we will re-route the stop every minute, taking the roads into account, and recalculate the estimated arrival time for the end customer πŸ†

Other fixes and improvements ♻️

  • Deviations in Search will now include the statuses "Partially Delivered" and "Order missing from producer"

  • Adjusted the Weight field in Activity to only show two decimals

  • Fixed so the "Accuracy Estimated Time" value in the Dashboard shows the correct values

  • Fixed a bug causing existing item scan codes not being updated

  • Added new languages to the tracking page: Latvian, Icelandic and Spanish
