Overview

Creating orders in bulk using a CSV import allows you to quickly add multiple orders to Gordon Cloud at once.

This is especially useful when:

  • Uploading daily delivery lists

  • Managing large volumes of orders efficiently

Instead of creating orders manually one by one, you can upload a file containing all required order data and have them created automatically in the platform.

How to import orders using CSV

Download our .csv template to ensure the correct format and columns. Add your orders with the information and save the file.

  1. Navigate to Account in the main navigation menu.

  2. Click on the Order Creation tab.

  3. Drag your CSV file to the highlighted box. You can also click on it and select the file from your computer's folder.

  4. Review the data preview to ensure everything looks correct.

  5. Click Confirm to create the orders.

The system will process the file and create all orders in bulk. If anything was incorrect or invalid, an error message will appear.

Note: You can find more information about our CSV templates here, including which fields are required and tips to help you create orders in bulk more easily.
